Job description
This role will business partner across the site with multiple key stakeholders. You will report to the Finance Director and have a dotted line to the Site GM. You will support in delivering optimal operational performance & provide decision support to the site GM.

My client are a very successful FMCG business in the Warrington area. This role has come about due to an internal promotion & will partner across the site with multiple stakeholders. You will also have 1 direct report.
Description
- Provide leadership to ensure that the site finance team is engaged, focused, developed and delivering to their full potential
- Coaching & development of 1 direct report
- Take ownership of the site based internal control environment to ensure that identified risks are addressed
- Ensure the integrity of the balance sheet through monthly detailed reviews
- Be a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to the running of the side & supporting leadership
- Provide decision support to ensure optimal decisions are made
- Optimise site financial performance
- Lead the process for a robust site budget/forecasting process
- Contribute to the wider operational team ensuring continuous improvement, efficiency & ways of working
Profile
- Qualified accountant- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
- Ability to lead & develop a high performing team
- Experience within FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing
- Experience working within a fast paced, agile environment
