About the Role
Outcomes First Group are looking for a People Administrator to join our People Services team.
As part of the People function, the People Administrator will act as the first point of contact for People and People systems-related enquiries. You will provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service, ensuring the HR database is accurately and efficiently maintained with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changers, and leavers on the system.
To be successful in this role you will have good organisational skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders of all levels.
