Your new company
You will be joining a leading automotive manufacturer as a Manufacturing Engineer based in Co. Antrim. This company is a household name within Northern Ireland. They are seeking to expand their engineering team over the next year or so and now would be an excellent time to join a company on the rise, with an order book well into the future.
Your new role
You will be the Manufacturing Engineer tasked with improving processes, methods, equipment and try to increase efficiency in quality, safety and cost. You will develop new manufacturing capabilities and implement new concepts, processes and technology to ultimately aim to increase profitability while lowering the environmental footprint.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need previous experience within the manufacturing sector alongside being able to work with multiple teams. Strong communication skills are necessary with a keen attention to detail to maximise efficiency within the floor.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a very strong salary of up to £41,000, working on a 4.5-day working week, opportunity for flexi time, Medicaid scheme, free on site parking and an excellent chance to progress through the company.
