Responsibilities
As a Technical Coordinator, you will provide crucial support to multiple, medium complexity engineering projects. Your responsibilities include:

Serving as the local information manager (LIM) for assigned projects.
Creating, collating, and managing key technical documents throughout the project cycle.
Maintaining project-related databases and trackers in line with project milestones.
Allocating correct information/document access rights on project databases.
Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and tender documents.
Supporting engineering procurement, processing, filing, and distribution of documents.
Organizing technical meetings, providing supporting documents/agenda, and ensuring follow-up actions are implemented.
Sharing knowledge, ideas, and providing support/informal training to team members.
Promoting UKAEA's values, championing a culture of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:

Good interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
Previous experience in technical report writing.
Strong organizational skills; ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload.
Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision.
Desirable:

Previous experience in project management-related support.
Familiarity with quality management and purchasing systems.
