About Our Client

I am very happy to have been retained by ADM Pressings to find their new Finance Director - a position that will see someone join a thriving business on a great growth journey.

Based on the well known Scotswood Rd in Newcastle, this is the sort of role that does not come up too often in the region and so is worth your attention even if you are only passively looking at the job market but can demonstrate the desired experience of having operated in a senior/board level finance role in the manufacturing sector.

The business is going from strength to strength and as such requires a motivated, high calibre Finance Director to help maximise the potential of the business through using financial insight to help drive operational excellence and deliver astute commercial contracts.

Job Description

You will manage a small, but capable finance team in the production of all financial reporting associated with the business looking to enhance commercial and operational reporting where possible for the improved use of data in the company.

Key to success in the role though will be how you use this data and insight to help improve EBITDA performance and cash generation by moving the relevant commercial and operational levers across the business.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for this role will be able to be on-site at least 4 days a week at the premises in Newcastle, and be can demonstrate their ability to work between the shop floor and board room and will have strong experience in the manufacturing sector in a leadership/board level finance role.
