Ideal Candidate Background:
- Proven experience in supporting infrastructure and applications using Microsoft systems like Remote Desktop, Active Directory, DNS
- Familiarity with supporting high-traffic e-commerce websites
- A track record of effective investigation and adapting to new environments and technologies
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, approximately 30% of the time, with an on-call allowance provided. Our team operates 24/7/365, and all members take on-call shifts.
Technical Skills and Expertise:
- Windows Server; IIS, NLB
- VMware
Compensation
- Competitive salary range of £42k to £55k
- Additional on-call allowance after successfully completing the probation period
Application Process:
- Interested candidates are required to answer four basic screening questions.

- Candidates who show potential will be invited to complete an online technical test within 2-3 days (details TBD).
- Successful test-takers will be invited to a one-hour Teams call interview with our Operations Manager and IT Manager. This interview will include questions and practical exercises related to the role.
