Job Title :International Sales Executive
Location :Hoddesdon (International travel required)
Salary :£28,000 - £32,000 DOE
Description : We have an exciting opportunity to work as a dynamic and driven International Sales Representative for our thriving client based in Hoddesdon. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in domestic and international markets. Our client offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team. If you are a driven and motivated sales professional with a passion for international business, and are willing to travel internationally and organise exhibitions/sales events, our client wants to hear from you.The core office hours are 8am – 4.30pm Monday – Friday with some flexibility with hybrid/remote working, but you will need to be flexible due to speaking to clients and distributors in other time zones including America and Australia. Candidates must have a full driving licence and be willing to travel and attend client visits in the UK and internationally.Summary
The offered position includes, but is not exclusive to, the following tasks:
• Creating leads and closing new business
• Providing product training and support with hotel stays where required
• Attendance of UK and overseas trade shows and exhibitions
• Domestic and Worldwide sales and travel
• Account management, maintenance and growth
• Managing and maintaining a cloud based CRM system
• If required you will use your own car for sales/training visits etc. at an agreed remuneration rate.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
• Sales skills: Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and most importantly - close deals.
• Presentation skills: Engaging and educational product demonstration skills to prospective customers is essential.
• Communication skills: Strong communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients, understand their cultural differences and use language appropriately.
• Cultural awareness: Demonstrated ability to navigate cultural differences and understand how they can affect the sales process.
• Problem-solving skills: Ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems.
• Time management skills: Ability to manage time effectively while working with clients in different time zones.
• Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability are key skills for this role. You must be able to adjust to different environments and situations quickly and easily.
• Negotiation skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with clients from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Global travel: Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
• Exhibition organising: Experience with organising exhibitions and trade shows is preferred.
