Customer Brand Manager (Own Label)

St Albans/Hybrid WFH with UK travel

Part-Time 3 days per week.

 

The Customer Brand Manager (Own Label) must possess the British spirit of being a self-starter, capable of working independently and making a genuine impact. They must navigate complex projects seamlessly, even under tight deadlines. Additionally, their affable nature and desire for building relationships are important, as well as their commercial acumen and creative thinking. Attention to detail is a necessity in their fast-paced environment.

 

The team embraces agility and fosters an environment of respect and encouragement, celebrating fresh ideas. The role includes managing the existing portfolio and upcoming product launches.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. They see this role as more than just a job, but an opportunity that captures their interest. Collaboration across functions and autonomy in handling various tasks is key.

To excel in this role, initiative, enthusiasm, and passion are prerequisites. The ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines, build relationships, think creatively, and have commercial acumen is essential. Attention to detail is also necessary.

Working alongside professionals, the Customer Brand Manager will lead Own Label projects, taking ownership of multiple categories. Their responsibilities include collaborating with teams across locations, managing P&L, overseeing product launches and changes, assisting in customer meetings, and responding to adhoc requests.

 

As the next Customer Brand Manager (Own Label), they will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Own Label projects, ensuring the success of the existing portfolio and upcoming product launches.
