Our engineering apprentice scheme :
Our apprenticeship programmes are a great way to earn while you learn. We offer you the ideal mix of developing hands-on engineering experience in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment alongside gaining a formal engineering qualification.
You’ll follow a three-year apprentice programme linked which will, at a minimum, lead to you attaining an NVQ level 3 qualification.
Working alongside our power teams, you’ll be involved in the planning, installation, and maintenance of power generation equipment.

Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be an option to work in one of our depots or in a field-based role. This could be your local depot or in one of our other national or international locations.
