Job description
Driver Hire Dartford are recruiting LGV2 Drivers to join our client’s team based in Dartford.
Our client is looking for active LGV2 Drivers who are ready and available to start work as soon as possible.
Must be hard working, reliable and have a flexible attitude towards working hours and overtime if required.
As a LGV2 Driver you will need to have:
- Cat C Licence
- Valid Digital taco & CPC card
- No more than a maximum of 6 points
- Must have correct PPE – safety boots and a Hi-Vis (we will provide the Hi-Vis)
- General knowledge of up to date health and safety procedures
Details:
- Salary £14.50 – 17.50ph.
- Must be 21 or over and have minimum 6 months driving experience
- Monday to Friday, early starts and possible weekend work.
- Guaranteed 8 hours daily pay, even if you work less.
- Comply with all the necessary requirements within the company.
Role of a LGV2 Driver:
- Completing deliveries in and around Dartford and the Southeast area
- Heavy lifting may be involved (up to 25k)
- Complete vehicle checks
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Candidates must be physically fit.
- Delivering and collecting throughout Home Counties & London
Some days you will be working as part of a big team on certain projects and other days working alone.
