Job description
As a GxP Lead at Sodexo Janssen Sciences, Ringaskiddy, Cork, you are not only a leader in GxP compliance but also a catalyst for maintaining high standards. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of GxP Supervisors to deliver services that meet the exacting standards of our clients, ensuring all cleaning processes comply with specified SOPs and timeframes. What you’ll do:
• Oversee and ensure GxP cleaning activities are in strict accordance with SOPs and client expectations.
• Conduct independent audits to verify compliance with cleaning schedules, quality of work, and proper resource allocation.
• Guarantee the provision of consistent and high-quality training covering Summit, Skills, Safety, and Quality.
• Implement effective stock control systems and maintain company assets, ensuring their optimal use and lifecycle.
• Collaborate with various teams and departments to foster an exceptional service culture and achieve operational excellence.
What you bring:
• Solid experience in a similar role within the service industry, preferably with a background in GxP environments.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on team management and motivation.
• Expertise in standards compliance and a deep understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and exceptional attention to detail.
• Innovative problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze challenges and implement effective solutions.
