Job description
Youth Worker Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Youth Worker in Tower Hamlets.
As a Youth Worker, the requirement of this role is to work 35 hours a week, between the hours of 2pm - 9pm from Monday to Saturday as part of the rota. Main Responsibilities As a Youth Worker you will be responsible for:
- To promote and safeguard the welfare of young people.
- To support and work in partnerships to maximise the opportunities for young people.
- Working directly with young people to support their personal and social development, improved emotional well-being and resilience and reduce barriers to access positive life choices, learning and employment and prevent escalation to specialist services.
- To promote and develop the active involvement of young people in the design and evaluation of services and ensure young people have voice and influence, actively seek their views support their decision making.
