Job description
Our client is an international stock exchange providing a responsive and innovative listing facility for international companies to raise capital from investors based around the globe seeking to recruit an Office Administrator, CEO Office Department, Guernsey.
This is a part time role with suggested hours of 9:00am-1:00pm every day however there is a possibility of some flexibility depending upon the requirements of the candidate.
Overall purpose of the role:
In anticipation of further growth and future planned expansion, this is an exciting opportunity to work in capital markets for a locally-based company with truly international ambitions.
Duties and responsibilities include;
• Monitoring the company’s email info box and distributing emails as required
• Reception duties including answering the office switchboard and greeting visitors on arrival to the office
• Working in conjunction with the Executive PA & Marketing Coordinator to arrange and book travel for staff
• Arranging of training sessions for staff
• Assisting in the preparation of induction plans and packs; and setting up new joiners, processing leavers and staff changes through their third-party IT provider
• Organising internal and external social and CSR events throughout the year
The successful candidate will have:
• Strong organisational skills
• Having the ability to work in a confidential manner and to deadlines
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise.
