SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Lincoln
Salary Scale: £75 to £110 per day
Start Date: Immediate Start Required

Reputable primary and secondary schools in  Lincoln  are actively seeking a devoted and empathetic  SEN Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of their team. This role is ideal for individuals aspiring to gain valuable experience before pursuing teacher training.


The schools are looking for candidates who can join  ASAP !

 

Requirements for the role of SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, CACHE Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools)
• Relevant experience managing pupils in a special education environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special education needs, tailoring assistance to their specific requirements.
• Previous experience of working as a Teaching Assistant is preferred.
• The right to work in the UK.
• Have an  Enhanced Child-Only DBS  on the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
• Experience with helping students with learning difficulties is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
