If so, there is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving primary academy based in Salford seeking several skilled Teaching Assistants to join their staff team on a full-time permanent basis.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
- Assist with classroom management, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs or learning difficulties.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
- Assist with assessment and recording of students' progress.
- Encourage and promote a love of learning among pupils.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements: - Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or childcare.
- Enhanced DBS on the update Service, and two references.
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators.
- Genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping children succeed.
