Are you a Health and Safety Advisor starting out your career, or maybe you are looking for a new opportunity? My client is a leading groundworks contractor who are seeking a dynamic and driven Health & Safety Advisor to join their team based in the West Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a company with growth and development of their staff at its core, the company has grown year on year and are committed to best practices within health and safety.
The Health & Safety Advisor will:
Write risk assessments and method statements.
Carry out site audits.
Attend site and offer health and safety advice.
Ensure projects are fully compliant and all documentation is in place.
Report into the Health and Safety Manager and support where needed.
Carry out accident investigations.
Conducting site safety audits and inspections
Experience Required:
NEBOSH Certificate
Minimum 2 - 3 years working in health & safety, environmental or quality roles in the groundworks or construction industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to build relationships with employees of all levels.
Well organised, reliable and focusses with a high attention to detail.
Full driving license
