We are looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Warrington Hub (WA5):
- Contracted to 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday – Rotational shifts of 06:00 – 14:30 and 12:00 – 20:30
- No bank holiday working required

As a Transport Administrator, you will be a key member of the team supporting the Transport Supervisor, completing all administration tasks involved in running a compliant and smooth transport department.
We will be looking for you to have strong administration skills, be able to work across multiple systems and navigate Excel well.
You will also need to have great communication skills to brief and debrief drivers alongside completing route planning and managing vehicle compliance.
Transport Administrator – Experience and Attributes:
- A CPC card is highly advantageous
- Ideally have previous Transport Administration experience
- Good communication, numeracy and literacy abilities
- Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to demonstrate strong administrative skills
- Excellent planning and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work
- Conversant with warehouse management system, i.e. M3 System or similar
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to contribute to continuous improvement
