Job Title: Housing Support Worker
Location: Nottingham (Driving Essential)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Shifts: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm / 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (Including Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities: - Provide essential housing support to individuals within the Nottingham area.
- Conduct thorough assessments of service users, identifying their needs and requirements.
- Assist with the development and implementation of personalized support plans.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies and support networks to maximize resources for service users.
- Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping, maintaining up-to-date case notes and reports.
- Engage in proactive communication with service users to promote their well-being and independence.
- Drive and implement housing-related activities, promoting a safe and supportive living environment.
Requirements: - Valid and clean driving license (Essential).
- Enhanced DBS check (Essential).
- Availability for shift work, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Understanding of housing-related support services.
