Senior School Administrator/Co-ordinator
Location: Leyland, nr Preston, Lancashire
Salary: £28,433.60 to £31,761.60 depending on skills and experience. Plus an annual Expert Payment of £2,500
Hours : 40 hours per week – 52 Weeks per year
We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior School Administrator/Co-ordinator to join our team.
The role:
First impressions count, and as our Senior School Administrator/Co-ordinator; your role will be to ensure that the administration operations within school runs smoothly at all times. Your role will include duties to line manage the receptionist, school administrator(s) and deputise for the school business manager.
You will manage business functions including finance, referrals and placements, transport and fleet co-ordination and information governance and management. To facilitate this, you will become familiar with the IT systems and data collation software, as well as the referral, placement and pupil administrative processes and procedures, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure day to day functions of the business run effectively.
Fantastic time keeping and organisation skills are a must, as the management of Administration and Co-ordination will be your domain. It would be beneficial to have experience working as a team leader in a previous role and being part of a busy office environment is key.
