1:1 Behaviour Mentor - about the role:

If you would like to apply for the 1:1 behaviour Mentor role you must have the ability to build a positive rapport with young people in a challenging environment.

Experience of working with young people is beneficial however not essential! You will ideally have the ability to manage and support challenging behaviour and be able work independently with minimal supervision.

As the successful 1:1 Behaviour Mentor you have the option to pick other students to join the child while in the room.

1:1 Behaviour Mentor - about the school:
