Nexus People are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our client's Production Team in Blackburn on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Role:
Working as a Production Team Leader you will be working Monday to Friday on 8-hour shifts and you will be responsible for
- Inducting, training and mentoring the production team
- Guiding, monitoring and leading the production team
- Achieving, reviewing and improving packing SLAs
- Monitoring and hitting packing process and deadlines
- Managing time sheets for all team members on various campaigns
- Ensuring product quality throughout
Working with a team of Production Operatives you will be:
- Completing performance reviews
- Motivating the production team
- Handling and resolving any issues that arise
- Dealing with lateness, absence and performance issues
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role to be considered for this position.
