Job description
SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join one of their growing clients based just outside of Nottingham city centre.
The company is in a fantastic location for candidates using public transport from the city centre and the surrounding areas. The role is located in the ideal location for candidates based in Broxtowe, Nuthall, Bulwell and the surrounding areas.
The successful candidate must be able to drive to get to this location. You must also be available immediately to start work!
This is a Temporary position that will become permanent for the right candidate, working 9.00 am -5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Typical duties will include:
General office administration
Support to various departments
Order processing
Handling incoming calls and emails
Various administration tasks
Managing and collating company data
Strong attention to detail
Work intimately with clients to better understand and achieve their objectives
Process large data sets to push forward objectives
Use telephony systems to communicate with clients verbally
Process data and requests on a ticketing system - This includes forwarding on queries to relevant teams
Communicate both internally and externally via email
Correspond with external contacts relating to our clients
The company are keen for someone to have a background in administration but also are happy for someone who is at the start of their career and looking to progress and develop within a business. Salary: £10.50 - £11.00 per hour
