Job description

Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a privately owned business based in Rotherham who are looking to appoint a Senior Business Support Officer.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role would suit an experienced business /operational support supervisor who is used to working within an SME environment.  

You must be highly competent in all areas of business administration management and be naturally inclined to take responsibility for ensuring a high standard of performance is achieved, applying discretion and confidentiality.  

You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and experience in supporting to motivate a work force to achieve growth and business development; whilst still being willing and able to personally engage in any activity the business may require. You must have a sound work ethic and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Yours duties will include:

The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has significant experience in working at management level within the financial services industry.

Salary up to c£35k plus benefits.

Working hours 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. This is an office based role.
