Job Title : HR Administrator

Location: Antrim

Salary: £23k

Duration: Full Time / Permanent

Are you looking for your first break into HR?

VANRATH are assisting an international Construction company based in Antrim who are looking to add a HR Administrator to their HR function.

You will be responsible for all areas of the employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to booking training courses, processing contractual changes and leaver administration.

What you'll do:

• Assist in implementing HR Policies and Procedures
• Assist with the co-ordination of recruitment activities and Induction process for new starters etc
• Answering telephone calls and message taking
• Coordinate and process general administrative work
• Ensure compliance with Company Policies: standards and Procedures
• Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including updating and accurately maintaining the company database
• Payroll tasks
• Provide an effective and comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.
• Producing confidential reports and information; letters; memos for management
• Taking minutes in meetings
