Job description

The post-holder will be able to demonstrate experience of providing high volume, evidence-based practice in guided self-help using telephone, online and other methods of delivery, as well as an ability to lead others in a challenging environment. The post holder will also have: A commitment to delivering high quality client care. Ability to demonstrate resilience when working with clients that are experiencing varying levels of emotional distress. Ability to adapt to change. A positive and solution-focused attitude. Good administration and IT skills. Excellent time management and organisational skills relating to the number of client contacts offered and clinical sessions carried out each week. Capacity to work under pressure. High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation. Ability to work and problem solve independently. Access to a car, or alternative ability to travel independently. Ability to work at any location across Suffolk. Ability to work flexibly, including some evenings.
