The Vacancy

We are looking for a Back of House Supervisor to work alongside our Back of House Management team and ensure the efficient operation of all back of house areas, making sure they are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic manner.

A typical shift could include supervising the team of back of house kitchen porters. This is a hands-on role working within a team.

Good communication with all areas of the hotel is essential, as is the need to be flexible with hours to support the business levels in busy periods.

Previous experience of supervising a team is essential as responsibilities for the role will include training, planning the rota and managing the team. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and is passionate about maintaining high standards.

 In addition, working knowledge of PPE, cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and with COSHH guidelines is required to ensure the team are correctly equipped and have the right resources for the job.

This is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
