Job description

Better Healthcare are recruiting a caring, patient and dedicated dementia live-in carer to join our service users within Hertfordshire.

You will be passionate about making a difference and helping our client achieve their goals.

Your role will be to provide assistance with all aspects of our client's daily living according to the individual care plan and to assist in personal care. Alongside this, you will be responsible for ensuring our client is safe, secure and comfortable within their home.

What we need from you:

• Good cooking skills and experience of maintaining a home
• Ability to work as part of a team and to follow guidelines
• Ability to keep clear and accurate records
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Enhanced DBS
• Minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience
• References to cover the past 5 years
• Valid documents (Passport, NI Number, x2 proof of address)
