We're excited to be recruiting exclusively, for an Accounts Assistant for a reputable company who have doubled their turnover in the past few years! This position is working as part of a small team of 7 and would suit someone who likes a quieter office.

Job Title : Accounts Assistant

Location: Ashford, Kent

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 DOE

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Hybrid: Yes, the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week, once you're fully trained/passed your probationary period

Benefits: 25 days annual leave + Bank holidays, Annual pay reviews, Discretionary company performance related bonus

As an Accounts Assistant your responsibilities would be:

• Invoicing


• Banking


• Payment runs


• Managing the client accounts


• Debt collecting


• Batch posting


• Profit and loss and balance sheet

You'll be the perfect match for this position if you have:

• An AAT qualification


• Proven Accounts Assistant experience


• Sage Line 50 experience is essential
