Handyman / Maintenance Engineer - £32000-£35000 + Van + Benefits Handyman/Maintenance Engineer job duties: Duties To cover all building maintenance works the commercial building in the Essex region. To attend ppms and reactive maintenance work. Workload and duties will vary and include basic fabric work such as: plumbing, filter changes and cleans of Mechanical Systems, basic electric works and water testing/flushing. Requirements for Handyman/ Fabric Engineer. Proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally for a building services or facility management company. Versatile and able to cover basic works in a number of disciplines Maintenance Experience Full driving license Excellent communication skills both verbal and written This is an excellent opportunity to work for a stable and successful Building Maintenance and FM provider, there is an opportunity within this role to develop your skills and my client will make a commitment to your own personal development allowing you to gain additional qualifications to take forward in your career.
