Job description
Our client is a leading provider of International Relocation services to the corporate market, specializing in Household Goods Removals and Destination Services. They are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Moving Team Leader to lead their expanding Corporate Services team, ideally located in south-east, hybrid working is available.
As the Corporate Moving Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing corporate client and RMC client services, as well as overseeing the delivery of trade partner services. This pivotal role requires a commercially minded individual who can effectively lead a team, maximize account growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery to all stakeholders.
Responsibilities: - Lead the Removals Corporate Services team, fostering a positive work environment and supporting team members' development.
- Manage the implementation of new and existing removal business initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate account customers, attending account review meetings and presenting updates as necessary.
- Understand individual client requirements and ensure services are delivered in accordance with SLAs and standard procedures.
- Oversee move coordinators and external supply chain partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Serve as a point of escalation for service delivery issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Provide input on strategic planning for the department and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Generate and analyse management reports and key performance indicators.
Requirements: - Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in people management and household goods moving, including direct corporate and RMC accounts.
- Possess knowledge of Destination Services Provider (DSP) operations (desirable).
- Excel in building and maintaining effective working relationships within your team and across departments.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with customers, colleagues, and third parties.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
- Are commercially aware and capable of managing and controlling costs effectively.
