Job description

The Role

Farm: Two farms, Hadlow Place Farm and Fairlawne Estate totaling 800ha of conventional arable cropping, 400ha of stewardship and 80ha of apples and pears.

Must have experience with 165hp tractors and large grain and flat bed trailers.
The successful candidates will be driving Case Puma CVX tractors 165hp with 14 tonne grain trailers and large Bailey flat bed trailers.
There will also be some secondary cultivation work/spearhead topping as the workload dictates.

The job will primarily be on the arable side of the business but there will be an opportunity to help out on the fruit side.
Telehandler and masted fork lift tickets would be an advantage but not having them should not put off any applicants.

This a is large and busy farm with variable and interesting work including plenty of overtime.
Over the years there has been a considerable number of people who have come back year after year.

Accommodation: Good, free accommodation in converted farm building.
