Job description

We are working with a fantastic client with offices in both Manchester and Leeds to recruit an experienced senior Hr advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward thinking global business. As a Senior HR Advisor you will be providing support across a diverse business both across the Uk and Internationally. Supporting managers in employee relations issues and complex cases.

Supporting with the day to day application of HR policies and procedures and that all documentation and internal records are kept up to date, as well as advising on Benefits and varying terms and conditions of contracts.

This is a hybrid position

Key Duties/Tasks:

* Dealing with Employee relations issues, disciplinaries and grievance
* Delivery of HR policies and procedures
* Dealing with key stakeholders and providing day to day support to managers across the business
* Production of key business MI and providing commentary to identify trends and client groups

Desirable skills and attributes:

* HR Generalist experience
* CIPD Qualified
* Previous experience within professional services
* Experience in annual salary reviews
* Experienced in supporting on performance review
