Requirements:
- Operations Expertise with Sales Drive: Experience in operations and a strong background in driving sales.
- KPI Champion: Proven track record of delivering on KPI's – structure, organizational skills, and time management are key.
- Positive Management Leader: Management experience with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
- Attitude Ambassador: Exemplifies a consistently positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a supportive and uplifting atmosphere within the team and towards clients.
- People Person: Demonstrates a genuine interest and empathy towards others, cultivating strong interpersonal connections and rapport with both colleagues and clients.
