Job description

What you will do in your working day

• CRM system and sales data input and admin
• Conduct phone calls and email sales campaigns to generate leads
• Support on generation of sales/marketing collateral 
• Support on generating content for social media channels and website
• Provide administrative and general support to the Commercial Team
• Cover for reception absences, greet and welcome visitors, receive, filter and transfer telephone calls, take brief messages and pass these on via the email system or connecting callers to staff members’ personal direct line. Ensure all messages to main office number are taken and directed to staff members.
• Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time.

The training you will be getting

• Level 3 Business Administration 
• Attend Northampton College Booth Lane once a month

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Potential for a full time position once the apprenticeship is complete and progression within the company.
