Job description

We are looking for a permanent Lead Lighting Engineer. It is essential that the ideal candidate has experience as a Lead Engineerwith specific expertise in Lighting.

The successful Lead Lighting Engineer will be an integral part of our team, designing and developing complex lighting solutions for our customers. The role will involve leading projects from initial concept through to delivery onsite.

You’ll be working hard to ensure our customer experiences the finest lighting solutions available, while consistently meeting cost and scheduling requirements. Additionally, the Lead Lighting Engineer will be managing a multidisciplinary team, so excellent communication and people management skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of projects, from conception to completion.
• Stay current on new technology to better apply creative solutions.
• Identify potential risks and create appropriate mitigation plans.
• Lead, manage and motivate a multidisciplinary team.

Required Knowledge:

• Experience of working with electrical and lighting designs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable electrical codes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of design fundamentals and their application.
