Our Supported Living team provides care and support for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs, so that they can live their life, their way.
As a Support Worker you will play an important role in helping our customers to work towards their aspirations and goals.
You will be helping with everyday life, this means supporting with personal care (toileting / washing / dressing), administering medication, nutrition advice, meal planning and preparation. You will also be enabling our customers to do the things that they want to do, such trips to the garden centre, beach or heading into town for a coffee. You will also be working on skill development to further independence. What could be more rewarding?
