Job description

SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic client of ours in Swadlincote to recruit for a Payroll Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis for a minimum of 9 months. This role will be mainly office based with the opportunity to work one day from home once settled. The role is part time 25 hours per week Monday to Wednesday and consists of both subcontractor invoices and expense claims.

Your duties would be:

1. Inputting self-billing sheets and invoices for labour only subcontractors onto the computer system, taking account of arithmetical checks and splitting between different payees. Processing and
checking output back to source documents.

2. Checking and coding of expense claims and preparing for BACS payment.

4. Completing any filing as and when required.

5. Any other tasks that may arise due to changes in legislation, new computer systems, or as required by the Company from time to time.
