A global financial services firm are seeking a dynamic Manager of Executive Assistants to lead their team of high-performing administrative professionals. This pivotal role involves overseeing the operations of the executive support team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional administrative services to key stakeholders.
- Lead and manage a team of Executive Assistants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Define team goals and objectives aligned with the strategic priorities of the organisation, and track progress towards achieving targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
- Coordinate workload distribution and ensure equitable assignment of tasks based on individual strengths and skillsets.
- Implement best practices and standardised processes to optimize efficiency and enhance productivity within the executive support function.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, trust, and mutual respect among team members.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive support team and senior management, communicating key updates, challenges, and recommendations as necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments to understand evolving business needs and priorities.

- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential communications.
- Proven experience in a managerial capacity, preferably leading a team of Executive Assistants or administrative professionals within the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
- Demonstrated proficiency in performance management, including conducting appraisals, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
