Commercial Property Energy Solicitor/, Bristol, Remote working 3 days a week, NQ+ £70,000

OPPORTUNITY: Our client is a Top 50 UK Law Firm looking to expand its strong Real Estate Energy team at the junior level. It is recognised in both Chambers and L500 for its property/ energy work in Bristol.

WORK: You will handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property Energy matters including deals for developers, investors and funders in relation to various clean technologies including onshore wind, offshore wind, biomass, wave, tidal, hydro, solar, energy storage, anaerobic digestion and energy from waste. Our client also advises a diverse range of clients on the implementation of Net Zero solutions for commercial and industrial buildings, housing-led regeneration schemes, and transport infrastructure
