We are recruiting for a class 2 HGV driver for our client who is leading independent supplier of construction products in the UK. Committed to delivering excellence, they specialize in providing high-quality concrete products for building projects. The company has a FORS Bronze accreditation with plans for Silver accreditation.

As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced driver to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

As a Class 2 HGV driver you must have:

• Cat C Licence
• CPC Card / Digi Tacho
• Clean Licence
• Previous experience in multidrop deliveries.
• Ability to work between 5am to 8pm with start times varying between 5am and 8am.
• Positive “can do” attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with concrete products and building materials (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Class 2 HGV drivers responsibilities include:

• Conducting multidrop deliveries of building products in the Kent & London area.
• Operating within same day and next day delivery schedules.
• Ensuring timely and safe transportation of goods.
• Driving and strapping of cargo with occasional unloading.
• Adhering to company and legal safety regulations.
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.

HGV drivers can expect:

• Monday – Friday shifts (40 hours per week)
• Pay Rate of £15.69
• Weekly pay

• Temporary to permanent transfer after 13 week period.
