365 People are looking for experienced sales driven Business Development Manager to join our clients growing team.
Our client is an Award winning HR, Health and Safety and Employment law consultancy service.
This is a field–based role, with a guarantee of GBP60,000 and realistic OTE of GBP100,000+ in your first year, as well as a company car or a GBP5000 car allowance, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
The Role:
- Working with our clients Telemarketing and the Services Team the role of the Business Development Manager is to develop new business opportunities and attend sales meetings.
- Your role will include selling our clients HR people management, Health and Safety and Employment Law consultancy services.
- You will also be developing new business from scratch, prospecting your potential target market through to closing sales opportunities. you'll be expected to develop your own leads.
- Accurately build, manage, and maintain your sales pipeline.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
About You:
- Professional and confident when working with business owners/managers/decision makers.
- You will be ambitious and driven to succeed, creating your own results, and aiming to become the company's top performing deal maker.
- A minimum of 3+ year previous experience in a field based B2B sales role. (Industry experience not required, you will be provided with all the tools to succeed.)
- You will be confident, money driven and a engaging personality.
- Able to manage and update information accurately within the company's CRM system.
- With it being a field based your you will require a full UK driving licence.
