Your new company

Working for a public sector organisation in their commercial estates & facilities department.
The role has come about due to a current permanent staff member leaving for a new job and so they need to back fill.
* All work based on 1 site in Sheffield

* £25,742- £29,605 per annum with potential to progress to £31,396 per annum
* 38 paid days leave per annum
* Very attractive pension scheme
* 35 working hours per week

Your new role

Purely building maintenance:
· PPM's
· Remedials
· Reactive repairs
· Inspections of installs

What you'll need to succeed

Strong preference for someone with a HNC in a relevant trade/build services but all levels of quals and experience will be considered at this stage.
Driving license not required for the role but definitely a preference as will be difficult to get to the site location without a car
