Job description

Provide commercial legal advice and support to various business units.
Conduct reviews of commercial agreements and contracts.
Assist in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Manage relationships with external legal advisors.
Conduct legal training to internal stakeholders.
Participate in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
Assist in managing legal risks within the business.
