Job description

●      The Eastbourne Academy

●      MPS/UPS

●      Permanent; Full Time

We are looking for a teacher with the passion and enthusiasm to provide a differentiated curriculum for a small group of year 7 and year 8 students who are not yet secondary ready. You will be part of the SEND team and will receive support and training required to be successful in the role. Would suit a teacher trained in primary level education.

This position would suit either an ambitious member of staff or an established teacher that:

●     Can provide outstanding quality learning and teaching in the SEN department, modelling excellence in the classroom;

●     Can demonstrate creativity and flair in the classroom;

●     Can enthuse and motivate students;

●     Has the vision and energy required to impact the continuous process of raising attainment in the SEN department;

●     Has a belief in the value and talents of all students;

●     Has a passion for SEN;

●     Has a commitment to achieve excellence for all.
