Sales Executive (Bedford)
Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual? Can you deliver first class customer service? If the answer is yes we want to hear from you! Our hugely successful Motorvogue dealership in Bedford is recruiting Sales Executives for its luxury Alfa and Jeep brands.
We offer two working patterns, and you have the option to change quarterly:
- 5 days a week (including weekends).
- 5.5 days average (5 days week 1 and 6 days week 2) (including weekends)
About the position
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, proven customer service skills, show the ability to work to targets and be a Team player. You’ll be confident, keen to learn and willing to work hard. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to develop your skills working with an exciting product. A large part of the Sales Executive position involves:
- Managing relationships with your customers including keeping in regular contact with them about our products.
- Prospecting for new customers by telephone and maintaining your own enquiry database.
- Maintaining product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
About our requirements
We expect our new Sales Executive to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Customer service.
- Negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Full driving license

Remuneration
We provide a basic salary of £18,000 PA (5-day week) or £20,000 (5.5 day week) with a company car provided. Realistic OTE of £40,000 but this is uncapped.
