Job description
Able and confident individual to provide a general maintenance service for a block of 98 residential apartments - covering minor repairs, cleaning of car park, some painting and decorating, simple carpentry, plumbing and mechanical services maintenance, grounds maintenance, fire door checks, regular inspection of building fabric and reporting any issues for repair or specialist maintenance.
Need to have a good command and understanding of English, be able to read and write, have good communication skills and a pleasant manner.
