The Role;
- As an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support and assist the Food and Beverage Manager
- Manage operations of all Food and Beverage outlets and deliver an excellent Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
- Ensure compliance of brand standards and where possible exceeding brand expectations
- Develop, manage, and train the Food and Beverage team
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food Costs, Liquor Costs and Payroll
- Support with beverage control procedures and stocktaking
- Maximimise sales and revenue opportunities across Food and Beverage
- Support with appraisals and performance reviews with teams under your responsibility
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
