Job description
We are searching for an IT Systems Manager to play a pivotal role in the management and strategic development of our client's core IT infrastructure
Responsibilities
Monitor daily IT operations, including servers, backups, and network health
Develop strategies, standard operating procedure documentation, and service level agreements with suppliers
Manage external contracts and vendors, including software licenses
Oversee the installation and maintenance of computer and network infrastructure
Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards for IT, information security, and DSS-PCI
Supervise the management of core IT infrastructure within the TV studio
Provide management and training to IT support staff
Willingness to be on-site 3-4 days per week and travel to retail stores across the country as needed
Previous experience in IT Management/Senior/Team Lead level positions
Knowledge & experience in delivering technical support services
Knowledge of managing IP LAN and WAN networks
Good working knowledge of Google and Microsoft tech stacks including Workspaces and Office 365
