As a People Team you will provide leadership, expert advice and support to the organisation throughout the employment lifecycle, enabling colleagues to perform in their roles.

The role:

You will partner with our Leadership team to provide expert advice and guidance on people-related issues, manage employee relations casework, support or lead on people projects and provide effective support to line managers, empowering them to take ownership of their people, performance, development, and wellbeing.

  1. Role and team structure changes (inc. consultation processes)
  2. Investigation & disciplinary processes
  3. Grievances & mediation
  4. Performance management (inc. probation period extensions)
  5. Sickness absence and return to work guidance (inc. phased returns & reasonable adjustments)
  6. TUPE transfers
  7. Settlement agreements
  8. Health & safety

You will also promote, develop, and advise on the performance management Roadmap to ensure Line Managers are supporting their staff and providing a consistant employee experience across the organisation. You will also ensure HR policies are up to date by conducting regular reviews and write up new policies as required.
