Recruitment Manager
Skelmersdale (Hybrid)
£45,000 - £50,000

Calling all Talent Acquisition / Recruitment professionals with inhouse experience!

This is a fantastic opportunity to take up a newly created role within a multi-site business, leading on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition across the UK.

This is a hands-on stand-alone role, focused on strategy development and future planning rather than operational recruitment / candidate sourcing.

What will the role involve?

Developing and implementing recruitment and onboarding strategy

Focusing on all levels of talent acquisition, from early careers to executive level hires, and everything in between

Leading early careers recruitment, such as Graduate and Apprenticeship programmes

Evaluating and improving current recruitment systems / processes

Working on Employee Value Proposition and ensuring the business is utilising the latest technology, techniques and best practices to attract talent

Supporting day to day recruitment activity by managing vacancy portals and collaborating with external agencies / service providers

Delivering training and guidance to internal stakeholders on talent and recruitment processes

You will ideally have…

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience in an inhouse role

Exposure to recruitment in a manufacturing / industrial environment

Proven track record managing a varied recruitment pipeline

Experience leading graduate / apprenticeship recruitment programmes

Excellent relationship management skills, having forged relationships with local educational establishments and Recruitment Agencies

Passion for developing best in class recruitment processes and delivering first class customer service to internal stakeholders / hiring managers
